2. Service Scope

macOStoUSB provides tools to help users download official macOS installers and create bootable USB drives.

The app is distributed through direct website download.

3. Requirements and Permitted Use

• Users must use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Users are responsible for checking hardware/software compatibility on their own devices.
• Use of the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities is prohibited.

4. Software License

Unless otherwise stated, Worksdem SRL grants users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes.

• decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code, except where explicitly allowed by law;
• redistribute, sublicense, or commercialize the app without written authorization;
• remove intellectual property notices or legal disclaimers.

5. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, website structure, content, and software remain the exclusive property of Worksdem SRL or their respective right holders.

6. Service Availability

Worksdem SRL makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous uptime.

No contractual support SLA is provided.

Commercial or informational contacts do not create a guaranteed-response technical support obligation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worksdem SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing excludes liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other non-waivable liabilities under applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services and Content

The service may reference or rely on third-party infrastructure/content (e.g., official Apple channels). Such services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Suspension or Termination

Worksdem SRL may suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, for technical, security, legal, or organizational reasons.

Worksdem SRL may update these terms. The updated version is published on this page with the latest update date.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Catania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
